Online Counselling is a flexible and convenient way to access our counselling services. Using the most recent internet technologies (i.e. Zoom) we offer a video and audio connection that is secure, confidential and discreet. You will engage with a Counsellor in “real time” while maintaining the same level of privacy you would come to expect during a visit to our consulting rooms. Like face to face counselling, online counselling allows for in-depth therapy by allowing clients to communicate over the internet via a video connection.
Clients interested in this mode of counselling will need access to the internet with a broadband connection speed.
